FAQ

  • What does TCS do?

TCS only works with carefully vetted international clinics, ones that provide safe, high-quality care at a fraction of UK prices.

TCS is the link between you and the clinic abroad that’s offering complete treatment plans, supporting you from the beginning to the very end, for Routine and Cosmetic Dentistry, Blephoplasty and Browlifts.

We are in your corner, translating, weighing the options and obtaining the best care, quality and deals out there for you.

  • Is TCS a Co-ordinator for the Clinics?

    No.

TCS is an independent UK based consultancy that regularly vets clinics independently and only if deemed suitable, they will become partners.

TCS chooses the clinics to work with, not the other way round.

This way you are ensured complete transparency, our highest interest is securing you the best care and TCS can independently drop a clinic if the high standards are not maintained.

  • What does TCS organise on the trips?

TCS organises from the moment you’re at the clinic – so your treatment specifically before, during and after.

Accompanied Monthly Group Trips are organised to the clinic in Croatia for Blephoplasty and Dental patients. This gives you Peace of Mind, Support, Comfort and Confidence. You also meet like-minded new friends and these trips are very sociable.

TCS does not arrange the flights.

Accommodation is normally arranged but is optional – you can choose to arrange your own accommodation if you would prefer.

  • Do I have to pay extra to go through TCS?

    No.

TCS is paid through the clinic's margins, so your price is not inflated whatsoever.

  • Would it be cheaper if I approached the clinics directly?

    No.

TCS has exclusivity for UK patients, so if you do approach the clinics directly they redirect you to TCS.

If they don’t for any reason, when the treatment is carried out, TCS is notified by the clinic that you are a UK patient.

  • Can I have Bleph and Dental Treatment on the SAME visit?

    Yes, Of Course!

If you choose to have both forms of Treatment carried out, you may be required to stay longer. With an internal Dental Lab, we endeavour to turn things around for you as quickly as possible but for perfect results this can require more time.

  • What sets the Clinic in Croatia apart from others?

For Bleph: The Surgeon is a Maxillofacial surgeon, so Specialises in the face and anatomy of the face. His method is a Deep Plane Blepharoplasty, not a Simple Surface Blepharoplasty Procedure.

For Dentistry - not only are you in the hands of Highly skilled Dentists, they also heavily invested in their own in House Lab, so you are Guaranteed Precision in Fit, Quality and Colour, with Zero downtime.

  • What does 'After-Care' look like, if I use TCS?

TCS has direct contact with the specialists themselves and After-Care plans are always covered.

Your first port of call would be TCS.

TCS contacts the specialists and you either have an arranged appointment with the specialist or have a plan to resolve it in the UK.

You are never blocked or ignored, as you may have heard happening in other countries. You are seen, heard and looked after by TCS.

  • How do the Group trips work with TCS?

It starts with a Pre-Qual call with TCS to assess Suitability, you are then given dates that are best suited.

Flights are usually from Stansted, but also fly from Heathrow and Manchester, they are suggested by TCS but booked by yourself to ensure you are at the Clinic in Zagreb on time for your Procedure.

Groups tend to stick together, support each other and form new friendships whilst on the trips. On many occasions the group finds the time to venture into Zagreb for a wander or go for a Chinese down the road but no one is under any pressure.

Your Procedure is usually the day you arrive, you then stay for 24hrs and fly home the following day.

  • What is the Average recovery time ?

All of this is unique to the individual and type of treatment received.

Current health, habits and age are big factors.

Upper eyelid surgery generally heals faster, with less prolonged swelling. Lower eyelid surgery often involves more bruising and swelling, especially if fat repositioning was performed, and may take longer to fully settle. - On average, it could take 2-4 weeks for general swelling/bruising to go down, for optimum results 6 months.

Dentistry, some bruising and pain in gums, which will require painkillers. - On average depending on the Treatment chosen it could take 2-3 weeks for general swelling/bruising to go down, for optimum results 6 months.
